How to manage crises to achieve the requirements of social responsibility

Abstract

The concept of social responsibility is gaining momentum and interest in the world of business organizations, resulting from the formation of several developments that have made this concept come out of the fact that it considers random voluntary practices in dealing with all parties concerned. To sustainable strategic management practices that have become a source of excellence, leadership and prevention of potential crises that support the survival and sustainability of the Organization through the need to commit and redouble its efforts to adopt the concept of social responsibility Yeh, and strive towards building a more strategic relationship deeper with stakeholders, in order to be able to meet the challenges and crises that are exposed in our times, those relating to competition introduced social and environmental requirements, especially with it. The research aims to provide a theoretical framework on how to manage crises to achieve the requirements of social responsibility and to diagnose the availability of social responsibility requirements in all dimensions in the organization in question.
The employees of the Nineveh Electricity Directorate were selected as a study society. A group of workers were randomly selected as a sample for the study.
 The research was based on the following questionnaire methods (percentage and frequency, central tendency, scattering, mean and standard deviations, arithmetic mean). Weighted to test the hypothesis of research.
Therefore, the current research was able to answer the following question:
        How far does crisis management affect the availability of social responsibility dimensions at the researched organization.
 The research has led to a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the plant contributes to the preservation of the environment through the laws and regulations that it implements, and accomplishes its work in a manner consistent with the moral values ​​of the society, according to the results of the research. The research also led to a number of recommendations, including raising the awareness of the administration and employees in the department as the social responsibility to achieve social justice and stability for the members of society
