Abstract

The purpose of the research is to diagnose the extent to which the respondents in the field are aware of the importance of applying social responsibility, as well as the extent to which there are significant differences in the employees' understanding of the importance of applying the principles and the relationship between some personal variables (experience, educational level, A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of workers in the field. The research reached the following results:

- The results of the research showed that respondents in the field are aware of the importance of applying the principles of social responsibility. The results showed high levels of awareness of all principles.

- There is a significant difference in the perception of the field workers concerned about the importance of applying social responsibility due to some demographic variables (experience, educational level)

- The study showed a statistically significant relationship with the application of social responsibility due to the demographic variables (experience, educational level, job level).

- Based on the results of the research, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented, including the need to continue to support the senior management and its commitment to the implementation of social responsibility, in addition to embedding these principles in their organizational culture.
