The problem of this study was represented by the main question, what is the reality of the use of digital technology in the field of education in the college under study?. To achieve the objectives of this study, many indicators were monitored, and a checklist was designed as a tool for conducting current study.&nbsp; In addition, interviews were conducted for the purpose of determining the gap, and the study adopted the descriptive analytical method in describing current study variables. In order to diagnose the reality of the use of digital technology at the College of Administration and Economics, the researchers adopted some statistical methods, including determining the weighted arithmetic mean and percentage, as well as determining the size of the gap and explaining its strengths and weaknesses. The most prominent results have revealed that there is a gap between reality and ambition by diagnosing the reality of the use of digital technology. It's also showed that the various faculty members wish to apply modern technology in the field of education. They have ability to improve the quality of education if they are supported. Thus, the research sample was represented in (87) pharmacists, as the research focuses on the required capabilities that can be provided by Al-Diwaniyah Teaching Hospital to play its social role in marketing positive and beneficial ideas to achieve pharmacological vigilance and rationalize the use of medicines by members of the community. The research used one of the famous marketing philosophies, which is the philosophy of social marketing, which seeks to employ social media as one of the electronic promotion tools in building a conscious and mature society that abandons negative behaviors and adopts what is in the interest of the individual, his family and society as a whole. Through the application of social media as one of the electronic promotion tools, it is possible to build a clear awareness in order to confront viruses, spread medical and health ideas and advice, and rational use of medicines to avoid potential infections on the one hand, and reduce the state of panic that afflicts society as a result of fear of disease and negative results from the misuse of medicines. It is also possible through social media applications to spread awareness among members of society about how to practice part of their daily work without stopping in light of the available capabilities. The Research Adopted The Analytical Exploratory Approach, and The Questionnaire Was Adopted As A Tool in Data Collection, and it was Distributed to A Sample of (40) Employees in the National Center for Engineering Consultation/Service Engineering Department. Spearman Correlation and Simple Linear Regression.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Results Confirmed the Existence of A Significant Correlation Between E-Marketing and Service Quality in the Researched Company, and also Showed A Significant Effect Between E-Marketing and Service Quality Dimensions (Tangibility, Response And Empathy) and that the Level of the Effect Is Directly Increasing with their Presence Together. Presenting the analytical framework of the research hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations. The study sample represented a group of employees in educational institutions in Iraq (University of Baghdad, University of Tikrit, University of Mosul), by testing the relationships of influence and correlation between the research variables. , by adopting a questionnaire as a measurement tool, and the data was processed through the statistical program (SPSS) to prove the validity of the research hypotheses related to the effect and correlation between the research variables and the use of the multiple regression coefficient and the correlation coefficient as statistical methods. The most prominent conclusions reached by the research in the theoretical and field framework, the most important of which was the presence of a positive moral correlation between the combined strategic openness and the combined digital core capabilities of the educational institutions under study in terms of their variables according to the value of the correlation coefficient at the aggregate level. Accordingly, a number of countries, whether foreign or Arab, that preceded Iraq in this field were reviewed, taking advantage of the published international reports and Iraq’s position in them in light of the financial stability reports prepared by the Central Bank of Iraq and for varying periods of time according to what is published in these reports and using the most important indicators that It corresponds to digital transformations in financial inclusion, such as electronic payment services (POC), (POS), (ATM), mobile payment, portfolio, accounts and electronic cards. Where (60) questionnaire forms were distributed to the managers working in the Kufa Cement Factory, which is one of the industrial factories active in the markets, and after analyzing the data for the responses of the research sample and testing the hypotheses using a number of statistical indicators with the help of the statistical program (SPSS v.23). The approved hypotheses were validated. The questionnaire was used as a basic tool for data collection, the research used many statistical methods such as standard deviations, arithmetic averages, and structural equation modeling with the help of statistical programs (SPSS.var.24), (AMOS.var.24), and the current research reached a set of targeted conclusions and recommendations.
