Inflation in Iraq before 2003 reasons and effects and treatment

Abstract

In previous mentioned in this research it was shown that inflation is uneconomic phenomenon include prices general level raising continuously then in money value decreasing subsequent to frequent use opposite with merchandises offer in markets in certain times many countries suffer from this phenomenon include Iraq which is my research concern “inflation in Iraq before 2003 reasons and treatment” that shows inflation is not critical phenomenon only, but also is a dynamic which form the structural disorder that Iraq economy suffer from one of it’s sides and other related in circulation speed of many in local markets.

 Disorder economy is clearly shown to the readers because of the mistakes of policy of Iraq economy. For long terms in addition to wars and crises that Iraq face now. High inflation occur in Iraq economy that has never been before  especially after 2003 that Iraq occupied by united states of America was happened sharing with coalition and they destroy all in infrastructures and released thousands of military staff until inflation raised to 47.6% for example in 2007 for many reasons.

 Bad security situation, financial, administrational corruption and idleness which left had traced on both social and economical sides and affected especially on low income families but until now official staffs include Iraq central bank try to treat the problems of Iraqi inflation
