A diagnostic Study of The Views of a Sample of Workers in The Formations of The Ministry of Construction and Housing in Kirkuk Governorate

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to diagnose the requirements of the Sigma 6 (administrative, technical, financial and human), to determine the extent of knowledge of the managers working in the Ministry of Construction and Housing in Kirkuk governorate, and the level of their awareness of the importance of applying Sigma in their work and its impact on the general performance .
Therefore, the researchers sought to include the elements necessary for the application of 6 Sigma in an attempt to identify the reality of Sigma 6 in this ministry represented by its formations in the governorate. The problem of the research was the following question: The age and housing in Kirkuk ?, Do these managers have a clear and sufficient understanding of the elements necessary to implement Sigma 6. To answer these questions, a main hypothesis was adopted and tested using statistical means of data collected through a questionnaire prepared and distributed for this purpose, (55), and the response rate was (50). In order to analyze this questionnaire, a set of conclusions have been reached, which have become the basis for adopting a set of proposals which we hope will be useful for the sample and for similar organizations. .
