Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to test the role of knowledge transfer in enhancing the quality of educational service at the university.

Research Methodology : The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach to study the problem and analyze it and to show the relationship between its variables in the University of Tikrit as a field of study and test its hypotheses and adopted the questionnaire as a data collection tool. A total of 100 forms were distributed on a sample of university teaching and 90 were returned. Data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of testing hypotheses.

Results : There is a significant correlation between the transfer of knowledge and the quality of educational service in the university under consideration. There was also a significant positive effect on the variable of knowledge transfer in the dimensions of quality of educational service at the macro and sub-level at the university in question.
