Planning Budgets and their Role in Monitoring Financial Performance

Abstract

Most universities do not use the best available human and financial resources, so the development of processors to channel these energies requires better guidance and use in ways that keep them from waste and misuse.

Hence, the need to develop planning budgets as a future management and financial plan for the purpose of planning and monitoring the performance of universities, and planning budget is one of the tools through which to plan to solve future problems in less time and cost.
